Snapfish Publisher will allow you to publish your designs for sale at Snapfish. When you become an approved designer, you'll be able to sell your designs in one or multiple countries. Snapfish plans to roll out Publisher to our 90 million customers in 22 countries and we are getting closer with our latest publisher roll out in Europe (Germany, France, Netherlands, Italy), Australia and New Zealand.

For any of the European countries please send five design samples to with the subject line: Publisher Design Approval - Europe, and inside the email state which countries you'd like to sell your designs (Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands or United Kingdom.)

For Australia or New Zealand please send five design samples to with the subject line: Publisher Design Approval - Asia

Submission of samples should follow these guidelines:

  • PDF or JPEG files only
  • not to exceed 5MB in total combined file size

Approval process

We’ll review your designs for approval. If your designs are approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create final art and upload your designs using Snapfish Publisher, how to build your online profile and tips on naming your cards. Please allow two weeks for us to review your portfolio.

It’s our store but they’re your designs

When you submit your designs using Snapfish Publisher, you will earn a royalty when your designs sell in the Snapfish store.

There are no costs or fees to submit via Snapfish Publisher and your designs remain yours – we don't require exclusivity rights.

Creating final card artwork

Snapfish offers several types of cards for our customers. Cards fall into two categories, folded or flat, but we offer greeting cards and flat cards on photo paper, and stationery paper. Please familiarize yourself with our card types by visiting our international web sites (Germany, France, Netherland, Italy, Australia, New Zealand, and United Kingdom).
